The problem that you are talking about related to your 12th result i guess it wasn't such a big deal because you said you have been pursuing or already completed your BTech degree which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Don't worry there shouldn't be a problem with you getting any govt. job once you get your qualification as in a degree.
