If the last date of submitting your documents in college is near and you have still not received your migration  and school leaving certificate, then

• Inquire about the certificates in your school
• Request for a duplicate or provisional certificate
• Inform CET authorities about your situation
• If necessary, submit an affidavit saying you will submit the documents on this date
