I have done my MBBS from OBC quota ..But now I have SEBC(maratha ) certificate for Maharashtra..will it br possible for me to Fill my NEET PG form through Sebc and get the benifits of SEBC..??is it legal?? won't it be challenged in court??

If you belong to Maratha Community, it was added to SEBC in 2018 and the Supreme Court upheld it in 2019 but reducing the quota allotted. And so if you joined MBBS before 2018, you will be considered under OBC because back then there was no inclusion of Marathas in SEBC. But by the virtue of Marathas being moved to SEBC, you now fall under SEBC Category and so you can claim the reservation which is your Constitutional right. So do not worry about that. It is legally what the Government has given you.
