For Bio Medical Engineering this is the list of data i could gather regarding the cut-offs for the required stream in the TNEA exams in last 9 years( I have assumed you are not from the backward categories as you didn't mention any)

2016 - 196.75

2015 - 198

2014 - 198.25

2013 - 197.25

2012 - 196.75

2011 - 197.5

2010 - 196.5

2009 - 196.5

2008 - 196.5 

As you can see the cutoffs for the previous years has been around the 190s specifically 196,197 and 198. It has never touched the 180s. So most probably this time also, seeing the trend, the cutoff will stay in 190s and with 183 I think it would be difficult to get Bio Med
