Yes Madesh, you can surely join neet academy for the preparation of next year neet exam. But to becomtoeligible for neet you must be of 17 years. There is no upper age limit for neet now. You can also take a look at the following list of institution :-
1. Akash institute
2. Allen Career Institute
3. Narayana
4. Resonance
5. Motion
You can surely score 400+ in neet if you prepare with full focus. Only coaching does not assure you the percentile and marks. You have to be equally determined, dedicated and focused towards your goal.
Thankyou
All the best!!

Hello,

Yes, of course you can do it , you would just have to remain sincere towards your studies and follow some tips which I'm mentioning.

Physics.

Solve as much questions as you can.. whatever you taught in the class solve questions daily related to them.most students have problem in  physics .but this is the rank deciding subject If you even solve your institute modules honestly that is more than enough.. your concepts must be crystal clear.. Solve some questions from D.C Pandey if you want some more practise..

Chemistry.

This is the subject most students like after biology..for physical chemistry follow your teacher notes and try to solve questions in less time as questions are sometimes time consuming..for theory u can study Pradeep or institute modules..for Inorganic chemistry follow ncert and read each and every topic.. This is really very helpful as most questions in neet are direct from therefocus more on p block elements.. co-ordinate chemistry chapter is fun and many questions were asked from there For aiims focus more on d block elements.. and for organic chemistry clear your concepts and first follow your teacher notes and learn all the name reactions , mechanisms by heart..then organic is main about practising..solve questions from low to high difficultyeven solve jee pattern questions as it is very helpful.

Biology.

This is the subject which mainly decides your score.. focus more on physiology chapters.. as it is more marks bearing..give less time to chapters like microbes, enhancement in food production etc.. nd read each and every line from ncert to score excellent in neet..never underestimate ncert as most of the text lines are asked as it is in neet exam..for extra knowledge your coaching modules are more than enough.

At last solve some previous years neet papers from arihant etc. This is really very beneficial as it indicates at what point you are..and where are you lagging..

So work really very hard enjoy your drop year..avoid negative thinking and learn to have patience..

Best of luck.
