It depends on your preparation and how much you are clear with your base...if you feel that all the stuff that is important for neet is prepared then go for crash courses and try to practice more.
But since not much time is left for neet and you seem to have not practiced questions so well since you were in school...so my advise would be go and give the exam with as much preparation as you are and with crash courses...since this rxam would be jst you to understand paterm and to clear yoi anxiety for exam...but take regular classes afterwards as you know that this much preparation is not enough.

If you could specify which year of intermediate you are in, it would be easier to suggest you.
Crash courses will be beneficial for you to revise your subjects!
It's better if you start taking neet classes simultaneous along with your state syllabus.

Its upto you, if you think you have prepartions for exam , you should give the exam.
I would suggest you to give the exam wether you are prepared for it or not. As this will help you to understand the pattern and level of questions in neet ug.
