You have not provided the name of the particular university  for which you have given CET, but as per the general rule which is followed by universities across India CET scores are applicable for admission in the same year in which the exam is given, so to answer your query, yes, you will have to give CET again for taking admission in LLB, you can also visit the website of that particular university and check for the same
