Hi venusai, it totally depend on you whether you should go for 2nd round or not.Ece is a good branch. If you are satisfied with your college u should freeze and if you want to go for better college u must go for second round as u will finally settle with this college(if you are not alloted any college further). 

Its a very good College. If you have been allotted a seat in institute of aeronautics HYD., Dont leave it for its a very good option at this rank and the choice of branch is also very good. Nothing better than this could be given yo you at this rank. However if y wish to try your luck you may go ahead with it.
