Manish, you haven't mentioned in which exam have you scored a rank of 116986. But if this is in KCET, we do have the cut off list for KCET Mock Counselling for the year 2019. Unfortunately with this rank you might not get a seat in New Horizon College for Engineering irrespective of your Category.
