You won't get a seat in Andhra university as your rank is so high. You need to secure rank around 1k-2k inorder to get a seat in good branches like cse, ece, eee

Closing  ranks for various branches based on previous years

EEE:1626

Civil:2436

Civil environment engineering:7768

Geo informatics:10504

Instrumentation technology:6737

There are less chances to get a seat. Go through  other colleges, because you need to get below 10 k for any stream
