Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) New Delhi, formerly known as Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), is a private college. 

It is a very prestigious college and yes you will surely get a seat in NSIT very easily as you belong to sc category it will benefit you much and it doesn't matter for you now whether you are from Delhi or not.

Even you can get a seat in CSE branch in NSIT  in first round of the councilling as according to last year cut-off  for first round the closing ranks for CSE branch of sc category was 37471 ( outside Delhi zone) and your rank is much more better and thus you will definitely get a seat in NSIT in cs branch.

Now to secure admission in NSIT you have to go through the councilling procedure of JAC Delhi councilling and then you will finally secure your admission in NSIT and the merit is prepared only on the basis of JEE main results.

The only other eligibility criteria is that the one must secure at least 60% marks (50% for OBC-NCL, 55% for PwD, Pass in PCM for SC/ST) in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class XII and then no one will be able to stop you from getting admission in NSIT .

 Congratulations, Yes, you surely can expect a seat in NSUIT. Because last year the maximum rank for the SC category (outside Delhi region ) for admission in CSE branch same was as follows-

2.2nd Round-45772

3.3rd Round-46780

5.5th Round -46780

6.6th Round-48703

This clearly portrays that you have a chance.

For the following answer I am assuming that the provided rank is your category rank that is SC. On the provided category rank you have a very feeble chance in getting adimission in NSUT Delhi. However the trends change every year and same can be expected this year as well. Also if the provided rank is your AIR in open category, you still don't have that much of a chance get admission in NSIT. All the best!
