You might have chances to get Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering in VIT Andhra Pradesh or Bhopal. But it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch and Electronics and Communication Engineering branch in VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai but in category 3 or 4 or 5 you can get them but you need to pay additional amount apart from regular Tution fees.

According to your JEE Mains percentile your expected rank will be around 34066 - 38295. As you have not mentioned the category you belong to so I'm considering it as General Category. Based on previous year's cut-offs you can get few NITs but mostly Non- Core branch you may get.
