Hello Priya
You can get admission in IP University colleges for B.Sc nursing but you won't be able to make it to good colleges even if you belong to Delhi general category.
However, if you belong to any of the reserved categories, depending upon the reservation you ca get admission but getting a good college would be a matter of sheer luck for you.
If you are an outside Delhi candidate, sorry to say, there are very few chances of admission for you and the only hope for you is the spot round.
