If you belong to General category, then chances of getting an admission into any recognized government college with a rank of 32k is nil.

Don't be demoralized, though. There are ample chances for you to fight back. With the rank in hand, you'll definitely get admission in any college whatsoever and if you have a preferred branch (a branch that you really like), you will always do good in life.

However, for any reason (financial / personal), if getting into a  government college is your sole target, then I advise you to take a drop year and prepare well for the next year.
