Sorry to say but you have scored a really high rank in IPU CET for B.Com Hons.
Since the Colleges offering this course are very less thus making less number of seats, highly competitive fir students to secure their admission. You may not be able to get admission in IP University if you are a general or Outside Delhi candidate.
However, you can try going for spot round as it will increase your chances of getting admission in IP University colleges or you can look for some other colleges as well.
