You have done good as per your marks. But this year cutoff has been increased and so colleges will be decided by rank not marks so you have very less chances of getting a government medical or BDS seat. Though you can try for management quota seat in private medical colleges.

there are some chances of getting into BDS  stream  however cutoff marks do vary every year depending on the difficulty of question paper and availability of seats here I am attaching neet rank predictor tool
