Well, basing upon your marks in tancet , it seems like you may not get admission into anna university especially in branches like mechanical engineering ,electrical engineering, computer science engineering, etc. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
