As you know that Utkal University is one of the well know University and has a great records due to which it is considered as one of the top University and hence, the cutoff for this university is very high due to which you should have a very great score, so the rank which you have makes difficult for you to secure admission over here but definitely you can try in many more other good colleges as well were your chances will be better for securing admission.
