You have scored good in neet 2019,and with this marks you can get a government bds seat in bihar. 

Usually the opening marks for bds under state quota stay 450+ so you have the chances of getting it. You should participate in the counselling.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am supposing it to be general.

According to last year cutoff trends, through AIQ it might be difficult to get into a MBBS Government College or even a BDS Government College. The previous year cutoff trends show that, the maximuk ranks at which the colleges closed their admission were around 540.

Through State Quota, it is very difficult to get a MBBS/BDS seat in a Government college as the cutoffs there too went almost only till 520.

Moreover, this year the cutoffs are expected to rise even higher. Hence, I recommend you to try for other states through AIQ or you can apply for private medical colleges in Bihar.
