Hello there
Since you have 5565 rank in CRL in JEE Mains and you belong to EWS category there are very high chances that you would get any branch at IIIT bhuvaneshvar, even CS.
Because the cut off for general candidates for CSE branch was near 22k for general candidates.
So being from EWS category, you would surely get an added advantage there.
But remember, I am mentioning here the facts for CRL rank that if you have 5565 rank in CRL then only you can get CS at IIIT bhuvaneshvar. It is not possible for 5565 EWS rank.
