Hi

It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared on your session, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared. You have a good rank and can get CSE in government colleges like:

Government college of engineering and textile technology, serampore

University Institute of Technology, burdwan

Government college of engineering and textile technology, berhampore

Cooch behar government college

Ramkrishna mahato government is college

RCC institute of information technology

As for aliah University you can get ECE ans M.E but Getting CSE in aliah university is tough.
