74 percentile is very less marks and when you calculate your approximately rank it will be more than 2 lakhs.(will change depending upon april exam and strength).

But with this approximation rank it will be not possible to get admission NIT PATNA or in this college also.

So I would suggest you to work hard for next attempt and try to secure rank under 30 thousand /97-100 percentile score.
