Game designers work with a team developing and designing video games.Game designers have duties like designing characters, levels, puzzles, art and animation. They may also write code, using various computer programming languages. Depending on their career duties, they may also be responsible for project management tasks and testing early versions of video games. Video game designers typically have a bachelor's degree in game design, computer engineering, or computer science which takes four to five years to complete. Courses in a game design degree program may include project management, integrated video design and technology, game prototyping and level design.

so as per requirement you can do bachelors degree but it is not necessary you can do diploma also and add on others skills individually and become a game developer. But as per your score you should be able to get in good college for pursuing bachelors degree.
