See right now it is difficult to tell u which college u will get for ur btech career as u have been provided with the percentile score in ur shift only. With this percentile u won't be able to get the IIIT HYDERABAD for ur btech career as it requires a high score. About getting IIIT Delhi u should be going for other seat allocation for that. Sorry to say you that you can't get admission in both of the colleges.

IIIT Hyderabad is PPP which dont have reservation in admission process, however iiit delhi may have reservation, but it depends on the category you are from.
