Cut off changes every year and it depends on number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

According to previous year cutoff of CSAB Round2 counselling you cannot get the seat in any colleges.Because the closing rank of any college in any lowest branch under open category hardly goes above 80k to 90k but your rank is far from that,Hence it would be impossible for you to get the seat.
