You would be getting any branch in any campus of your choice on the basis of your rank 

The Amritapuri campus has the best faculties and have dedicated clubs to cater to the student demands.In fact the Amritapuri campus hosts the ACM-ICPC regionals here and Amrita teams regularly participate.

Bangalore has the location advantage, that is, it is close to a lot of IT companies and would be useful in the long run and can help you get placed easily.The same applies for the Chennai campus.

The Coimbatore campus has a good mix of teachers and with a rigorous curriculum laced with assignments and projects,this would an intellectualy stimulating experience.It is also situated in the Ettimadai village which is nestled in the western ghats therby providing an ample conducive environment for your undergrad degree.

The NIRF rankings also agree with this and Amrita has also been ranked globally.
