Hello,
If you wish to appear for further upgradation of seat in Jadavpur University WBJEE counseling, then you need to freshly register again for the round 2 counseling. The round 2 registration will begin from September 11, 2020.
During the registration process, the candidates will have to fill their choice of courses and colleges in the order of their preference. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the merit of the entrance exam and choices filled by them.
You have the following 3 options to choose from

if you choosefloatoptions then your College may change if you get upper college given in your prefrence at time of choice filling.
If you chooseslideoption then only branch on the same college may upgrade according to choice filled by you.
If you choosefreezeoption means you lock that college with the given branch
