Doing an integrated course in Biotechnology and that also from an Private University is not something really worth.
You can go for B.tech in Biotechnology and then go abroad for higher studies because it would help your resume to stand out and polishing your skills because Biotechnology requires an international exposure that you won't find in India.
So, better go for a B.tech Biotechnology degree in a good college.
