I have got BIT DURG ETC branch is it good or bad ?or shall I go for 2nd round counselling hoping to get IT?SO WHICH IS GUD IT OR ETC IN BIT?

See all branches are best. We can't able to say that one is good or that is not. It depend upon your own intrest in which field you want to pursue your carrer. Since you got ETC branch at Bhilai Institute of technology that one is good but if you compare with Birla Institute of technology than Birla will be faar better in all aspects including placement wise  / package wise / Ranking wise etc. So according to my point of view you should go with the option Birla Institute of technology in ETC or in IT Department both are perfect.
