Your percentage is really good and mark's secured in Mains as well are just fine but plz clear that in which College are are you talking or refering about to seek admission into. If you would clear it then it would be possible for us to judge and help you better in more better ways.

Well mostly is it very hard to get a very GOOD college with such marks in JEE given it wont fetch you a good rank if you belong to General category of course.
You can always give other exams such as entrance for Manipal University, GGS Indraprastha, Karnataka(COMEDK) etc. 
Another option is directly approaching colleges you might be interested in belonging to your region. Most of the time there are a lot of free seats in colleges and you can easily get admitted to them.
