As you have already locked the choices on 25th, there is not much left really that you can do. You have filled choices according to your rank and priorities of taking a college.
If you have filled choices above nit dgp, biotechnology then you will get them if you will be present in the merit list of that branch of the college and if not then this branch only will remain in 2nd round.
There are many students who fill their choices in a wrong way and they continue as droppers , you can also do the same if you do not get the desired college.
