Thanks for asking your query.Congratulation on being qualifed for mains .As you got low rank in general category therefore getting admission in ip University is little bit difficult because it comes under Delhi University which has it's own policy and rules for students of Delhi and non Delhi.But you should not lose hope because there are many good colleges too where you can apply.
