Hi,
It's a provisional upgradation in your case. So if you do not want to go up, speak to the official counseling once again and tell them you want to stay at TS, you will have a seat there and they will promote somebody else in your place. For now you have that provision.

What if I wish to be in IMU kolkata ,n I hold a chance of getting upgraded to IMU mumbai ,HOw can I stop further upgradation ?
