My opinion is depends on your passion. If you're really interested in doing cs in VIT. Then VIT is the best opportunity for you to improve on all verticals. It's really a good university, with so many phds, with decent number of placements, with wide area either in sports/ for education.

You should go with VIT Vellore cse branch....because VIT is really good known for CSE branch and it's great placement records over the years......although you will get good colleges in west bengal...but in my opinion you should go for vit.

In case, these are the two options that you have, I would suggest you to go for VIT Vellore Computer  Science. I have seen people getting a very good placements from VIT CS.
