As there procedure set for all the application form you fill like when the application form are activated for fill than you get few days for filling that particular form and your complete registration process by all the regarding things within the time limit. After that the second steps comes about evaluation of your forms which are done by officials and after that there is time given of few days where you can do the required corrections in your form if you have done any sort of mistake while doing registration. So in your case you have to simply wait for the announcement and the date when your portal will be reopened for the correction process. see mhtcet law 5 years application form filling started on 15 july, the form filling last date was 29 july, 2021. you can change the details in the form until you press the submit link , however once you fully submitted the application you can not change the details.

if the correction window would open you can change, but there is no surety correction form will be available or not.
