There is no chance to get into IIIT campus as cutoff range closes at 7k-8k. You have good chance for NIT campus. here are some campus you can try for based on previous year cutoff:-

1. Srinagar
2. manipal
3. Arunanchal pradesh
4. mizoram
5. sikkim
6. jamshedpur

considering your categorical rank, above mentioned campus will be best option and you can get top branch options. if you want to join campus like chennai, warangal, trichy, rourkella then you have to apply for non technical branch.

Based on your OBC category rank in JEE Mains, you have very less chances of getting a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. You might get some seat in the newer . NITs for branches like mettalurgy, mining, biomedical, food technology, etc in the newer NITs like NIT Srinagar, Arunachal, Mizoram, Patna.

You can go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains.
