Hello Sandeep Suman.

I would like to inform you that after every round you are supposed to visit the reporting centre if a seat has been alloted to you whether you want upgradation or you want to freeze your seat. Thus you will have to go to reporting once again after first round as well as after second round.

But it's written in the allotment letter that if someone wants to freeze the choice,then one have to report or else, 'not necessary to visit again'

NO need to visit any reporting centres if you want to go to round 3. If u want to accept the alloted seat of round 2 then only u have to visit RC and follow the same process as of round one.

Dear student, if you have chosen for upgradation in the 1st round of WBJEE counselling, then you must physically report during the second round of seat allottment also. However, you are not required to pay the fees once again as it will be adjusted automatically by the authorities.

No. Reporting in second round of counselling was not necessary. Only those were called who wanted to accept the seat alloted. If you want to upgrade and go for round 3 then no need to visit any reporting centre. As simple as that.
