Hello,
If your question is about that you want to get admission in b.tech after your diploma.
Then yes you can get admission in b.tech after your Diploma. There are no such problem in admission admission but it can Vary college to college if they take Entrance exam or not.
Even you can take direct admission in second year or by lateral entry .
That all depend upon college admission process
