These exams are sufficient, just focus on this only coz if you are oursupuryiur graduation ,so I suppose your semester exams are also gonna take place in Nov end or 3rd week of nov and That's imp too.. else if you want to take other options, you can go fir CMAT and IBSAT

Hey,
You are up for a huge climb since you applied for almost all the exams.
To answer, no you do not need to apply separately to any college as of now, once ypur results are out you may need to think about colleges. As of now concentration on exam would be the thing to do.
Study well with all the dedication and concentration you have. Perform well and come out with flying results.
