Hello,
Selection criteria and eligibility criteria will vary with respect to college. You have to search for jobs in career section of different official college webpages.
If you find any option suitable then you can apply for it.
It is your work to search for them and apply for them. You have good qualifications so it would be better if you try for NIT campus or top universities.
There are many options as colleges are high in number. You have to search it.
