For admission in NIT colleges, the candidate should get a 75% in 12th exam with Physics, Maths, Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or be the top 20th percentile in the 12th board exam. For SC/ST students the qualifying percentage is 65% in class 12. Additionally, the candidate should undergo the JEE Mains exam followed by counselling.

For JEE MAINS the eligibility criteria is set to be either 75% in boards or being in top 20 percentile. But for B.arch(i.e. paper 2) the minimum score is 50% in boards.

For b.arch you may get a seat as your board marks are enough and your percentile is fine. Be flexible with the choice of college so that you may confirm your seat.
