there are many colleges outside delhi where you can apply to get admission through the ipucet exam with your score:

Jagannath International Management School, Kalkaj
JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus
Chandra Prabhu Jain College of Higher Studies, Narela
and many more

these are subject to the different cutoffs released per year
