UPSEE is an entrance examination for degree level engineering institutions and other professional colleges has been assigned to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow  .

As you know institue of engineering and technology is very prestigious and decent college it is very difficult to get admission with 340 marks

But there are many collleges you will be eligible and can grab a seat in any other decent college .

Predicting rank on the marks basis will not be exact bu approximately you will be between 7000 - 16000 rank.

kali charan nigam institute of technology , Banda

JSS academy of technical education , Noida

United college for engg and research , Allahabad.
