As per your concern you will not be able to get SPA college as its rank closes in between 8-500 and talking about NITs you will be having few option but you will be able to get a seat. I am listing some of the NITs below where you can get a seat :
1) NIT, Bhopal
2) NIT, Hamirpur
3) NIT, Patna
4) NIT, Raipur
If you are having home state quota of the above NITs present in your state then you will be able to get a seat rather than it will be difficult to get a seat in other state quota as in almost every NIT's closing rank closes before 2000. Hope you get a college.
