Well,  looking at the past years statistical data for 85% state quota seats, the chances for you to get a seat in Government medical college for MBBS are fairly low with this score this year.
Chances are even lower if you consider AIQ.

Your marks are not sufisuffic to get into Government medical college as the cut off of 2018 was 479 that too in Maldah Medical College,Maldah.

But you have a good chance of getting into Government Dental College.
