Weather in Delhi University the admission procedure for BSC courses that is science stream is not on the basis of of neet marks or rank but on the basis of merit that is your 10 + 2 graduation percentage.

the basic eligibility for Delhi University is that you must have qualified 10 + 2 graduation from a recognised board and your minimum aggregate should be 60%.

Admission procedure:
You will be able to fill and submit the application form through online mode only.
Firstly, you have to register themselves to fill the application.
After submitting the registration details, a confirmation will be sent to the registered mail/mobile number.
Application portal will re-open from20th Mayfor updating marks & courses.
You have to login again to fill the DU application form 2019.
You have to upload the scanned imagesof photograph, signature, ID proof & other required certificates.
Then for merit based courses a cut off will be released and for entrance exam - during filling the application form you will have to pay a fee of 500 to appear for the test .
You then have to match the cut off with you percentage and choose the college of your convenience
Then fill an online form for the desired college and al you need to do is take the form along with the documents to the college .
