I have scored 581/600 in 10+2 board (Telangana) ,I belong to general category. Can I get a seat in Anna university???

Hello student,
To get a seat in the Anna university, you have to apply for TNEA counseling first. And for that, rather than the total scores, cut off's only matter the most. So, first Bring Your cut scores to 200 in maths, chemistry and physics. Make it like this (maths) +(physics / 2) + ( chemistry / 2) ,so that it comes for 200. Since you belong to the general category, a cut off score of something which is not less than 195 would be required to fetch one a seat there. Also, there are certain eligibility criteria for the non resident candidates of Tamilnadu which one must adhere to. So, please check you fall under those and you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
