Hi there.
I am sorry to tell you that, you are not eligible for admission in IITs and NIITs . For admission in top private colleges, you need ranks under 5k . Also the cutoff is a bithigh . You did not clear the eligibility for admission in IITS too . So you won't get a seat in any government colleges.
But you can try for the private colleges.. they do not have bar that high .
