Since this is the first time IP University is taking admission on the basis of CRL of JEE MAINS paper 1, so nothing can be said clearly about that.
With 67k rank in CRL, may be you won't be able to get Maharaja Agrasen Institute or Maharaja Surajmal Institute but you can get seat in some average institutes of IP University such as Dr. Akhilesh Das Gupta college or Guru Teg Bahadur Institute or G.B. pant college.

Sorry to say but your Chances are very less to get admission in Indraprastha University with this rank in JEE mains in OBC category so below I am providing the cut off trend which you can go through to know the closing ranks college and branch wise -
