Yes you can apply for bba in DU this year. It just depends on the cut off of this year if you will an admission or not. You are obviously eligible to apply for it so what you can do it fill the application form according to your preferences and wait for the counselling and have a look at the earlier cut offs which will give you an idea of what you might get during the counselling.
